Before I became a presenter at conferences, I helped plan them. (And I still do on a volunteer basis!)

I dealt with all the same questions that you do: what if we have to reschedule? What if the speaker doesn’t show up? What if I’ve made the wrong choice?

And, the most critical question: what if the speaker doesn’t connect with my audience or team?

Then you have a real problem on your hands.

You see, I didn’t just plan conferences, I also attended them.

I know what it’s like to sit through dull keynotes, boring sessions, and seminars as stale as week-old bread. Those experiences left me wondering why I was wasting my time.

And that’s the last thing you want your attendees to think about.

These experiences inspired me to break the mold and do things differently once I became a presenter myself.

I vowed to keep my booking process simple and create presentations to delight my audience.

She hung around with us before the presentation so by the time she got on stage, she was already our friend. That made it seem more like a conversation than a speech…

My Journey

Over two decades, I worked in operations and trained teams across several organizations.

After a while, I became less than 100% satisfied with my journey, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on why.

Then, one day when I was driving home from a marathon training session, a light bulb went off.

I realized there were a few parts I didn’t enjoy at all and a few parts that lit my soul fire.

I was no longer fulfilled by writing policies, managing and implementing systems, dealing with software, handling vendor relations, and struggling with tech integrations.
But I was passionate about identifying and developing talent: training, building, leading, and coaching.

This moment of inspiration led me to create my own business.

Now, I get to focus on the work I love: inspiring, motivating, and empowering others.

And I incorporate this into every presentation and training session I do.

How I Work

When you work with me you won’t get the same old, same old.

First, I have a straightforward contract with all-inclusive pricing. No hidden fees. No special requests. And not 6 pages of legalese.

Second, I’m not high maintenance. I’m perfectly happy to get myself to your venue and handle all the logistics myself. No hand holding required.

Third, I never do the same presentation twice.

I want your attendees to be 100% engaged, even if they’ve seen me speak before.

Sure, I sometimes cover the same topics. But I always refresh the content and add new material so the presentation is fresh, current, relevant, and interesting.

The business landscape changes all the time and I don’t want to share strategies that are no longer effective.

Finally, I might say “no” to working with you.

I won’t take on a speaking engagement where I’m not 100% confident that I can “wow” your audience.

After all, I want them to love your event so they’re eager to return the following year. And that means giving them the absolute BEST learning experience possible.
